School Meals

Meals are freshly cooked on our school site with a healthy option included daily. We operate a menu ordering service to ensure children have a choice and are given the meal they have selected.

Facilities are also available for pupils to bring a packed lunch if they prefer, but must not include cans or glass bottles.

Dinner Money

A school dinner costs £2.70 per day, £13.50 per week. Dinner money is now collected online via www.rctcbc.gov.uk/schoolpayments

If you require instructions on how to pay, these are available on our school website.

Free School Meals

Healthy Snacks

We ask parents to supply a healthy snack for their child to eat during the morning break. This could be a piece of fruit or cut up vegetables such as carrots or peppers.

Packed Lunches

Children are welcome to bring a packed lunch to eat at dinner time. We do ask that lunches are healthy and do not contain excessive amounts of high-sugar items. We are also a nut free school and would ask parents and carers not to send any nut-based products into our school.

Breakfast Club

We are pleased to be able to offer parents a free breakfast club. Breakfast club opens at 8.10am with last admissions at 8.20am. Children are given toast, cereal, toast and a drink and able to join in fun activities with other children. Children are escorted to their classes at 8.50 and met by their teachers.

Milk

Free milk is provided for all children under 7 years of age. If your child does not like milk, they are able to opt out of this. Please ensure your child has a bottle filled with fresh drinking water daily. We ensure children are kept hydrated throughout the day.
